The Binova Company was founded in 2006 in Italy as a company that designs and creates systems for the regeneration, compounding and extrusion of thermoplastic materials. Today, with over forty years of experience among its technical staff in the plastics sector, Binova has established itself in the market.
The company is located in the town of Mezzomerico, in the province of Novara (Italy), in a strategic position
because only 20 minutes away from Milan Malpensa airport.
Established and continuous affirmation
We speak of consolidated affirmation because the company has managed over the years to gain more
and more credibility to the point of entering the recycling industry as a reliable and serious reality;
Binova puts in the first place principles regarding collaboration between suppliers and customers,
respect for employees and labor, and a maximum consideration of environmental impact. Thus, all that
the company is today exists thanks to the professionalism of the operating and management staff, the
exclusive collaboration with suppliers, with whom the company has undertaken a solid policy of
integration and development for the application of new technologies, and the supportive relationship
with customers.
Specifically, this last point is the of particular importance: relationships with customers
last over time, involve more and more projects, and, in some cases, become important partnerships of
which the company is proud.
ENGINEERING AND THE FUTURE
The fourth industrial revolution: industry 4.0 refers to the current trend of industrial automation that integrates new production technologies aimed at improving the working conditions and increasing the productivity and the quality of the plants.
In fact, Binova has total control over the entire working process of its plants through a tool called
Application Software, developed on PLC platform and operator panel, which works for the following
functions:
- line configuration management (all operations will be performed on the operator panel, eliminating most of the selectors, buttons and lamps)
- speed and synchronism management
- alarm management
- technological parameters
- working parameters
- remote control
Teamwork divides tasks and multiplies success
Binova's team consists of a staff to which many different skills belong. Teamwork is fundamental for the company, which has managed to create an environment in which everyone is of fundamental importance but at the same time interchangeable with each other. In addition to the staff present in the Italian headquarters, several agents work for the company scattered around the World; in particular, the company boasts important relationships born more than thirty years ago with the main agents: in France with the company ACZ of Mr. Nicolas Bourbon, in Spain with Mr. Diego Giordani and in Germany with Mr. Jürgen Leusder.
